Aunque se retiró de las pasarelas hace tiempo, fue una de las modelos más importantes de las décadas del '70 y '80. ¿Cómo vive el paso del tiempo? "Tiene algunos aditivos maravillosos. Aun así, cuando miro fotos mías a los veinte digo 'Uy, qué guachada'. No siento la misma inseguridad que cuando tenía veinte o treinta años", expresó la modelo y también actriz de 59 años.
A ocho años de la muerte de su marido, el polista Miguel Pando, a raíz de un tumor cerebral, Reynal reflexionó: "A él le tocó irse, a mí quedarme; pero no sabemos qué es peor. Así que yo voy a honrar la vida, más allá de todas las cosas que me pasaron. Nunca me enojé. Pasé por todos los estadios. Soy creyente, tengo mucha fe y nunca me enojé con Dios", dijo la exmodelo.
Hacia el final, ya más relajada, Ginette reveló algunos detalles de su vida sentimental. ¿Si está en pareja? "Ni", respondió sonriente y aseguró que no sufre la soledad. "Vivo sola hoy. Pensé que en algún momento me iba a pesar pero la verdad es que lo disfruto. Me gusta tener mis tiempos".
"Pero, cuando querés tener buena compañía, ¿te lo permitís?", quiso saber Santiago del Moro. "Totalmente. Y tengo un amigo (N. de la R.: hace el signo de comillas con los dedos) que es muy agradable para esos momentos", respondió Ginette.
Entonces el conductor se puso en modo celestino y le preguntó: "¿Te gustan los tipos más grandes?". Entre risas, al exmodelo que ya está pisando las seis décadas respondió: "Me gustan más los jóvenes. De cuarenta para arriba, porque para abajo pueden ser amigos de mis hijos", cerró.
